HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Once you book, you’ll receive a simple onboarding questionnaire where you can send over your logo, brand colors, fonts, images, website copy, and any inspiration you have. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything perfectly organized—I’ll guide you through it.
Most customisation projects are completed within 7–14 business days depending on the size of your template and how quickly content is submitted. Rush options may be available for select projects.
Your customisation includes revision rounds so we can fine-tune the details together. If you’d like additional edits beyond the included revisions, extra support can always be added afterward.
This service does not include full copywriting, but I can absolutely help guide your content placement and structure. If needed, you can also add copywriting support or use placeholder copy while your content is finalised.
